Terms of Service

SOLYZER operates Open Earth, a live digital twin of the planet assembled from open data sources. It is served three ways, and these Terms cover all of them:

• The twin: the interactive globe and terminal, including places, roads, buildings, traffic, hazards, vessels, flights, satellites and street-level vision.
• The Earth API and MCP server: the same reads over plain REST and over the Model Context Protocol, callable by people and by autonomous agents.
• Engines: applications built on the perception layer, including the Alpha Engine for on-chain and market analysis.

The platform reports what it observed, with its uncertainty attached. That discipline is a feature, and it is also a limit you agree to respect:

• Confidence is part of the answer: figures carry high, low or unknown. Unknown means the source could not answer. It never means zero, and you agree not to treat it as zero.
• Absence is not evidence of absence: coverage is incomplete. Ground that has not been surveyed, or an object no detector found, says nothing about what is actually there.
• Models are not measurements: some figures, including road widths, traffic fingerprints and area priors, are modeled estimates. They are labelled as such in the response.
• Not for life-safety or emergency response: hazard and event data are derived from public feeds and are not a substitute for official warnings or professional survey. Do not rely on this service where a wrong figure could endanger people or property.
• AI-generated reads: vision and language models produce some tags and descriptions. They can be wrong, and their output is presented with the reason so you can judge it.

The Earth API is keyless. Access is granted on the understanding that you use it in good faith:

• Anonymous traffic is limited per IP, and a free key raises that ceiling. The current numbers are published at /earth/limits and may change as capacity changes.
• Do not circumvent rate limits, whether by rotating addresses, forging headers, or distributing a single workload across many keys.
• Your key is yours. You are responsible for calls made with it, including calls made by agents you configure. Rotate it if it leaks.
• Do not bulk-mirror the service to stand up a competing redistribution of our derived outputs. Reading, caching for your own use, and building products on top are welcome.
• Endpoints that trigger paid inference or queue real processing work may carry tighter limits, and abusive use of them may be blocked.
• We may suspend access that threatens the service's stability, and we will restore it once the cause is resolved.

Open Earth is assembled from open sources whose licenses differ, and those licenses travel with the records. This is the most important obligation on this page:

• Per-record licenses are separable and binding: responses carry license fields. Sources under ODbL are share-alike; sources under CDLA, CC0 or public domain are permissive. Keep them distinguishable downstream.
• Attribution is yours to carry: when you publish anything derived from the data, credit the upstream sources as their licenses require, including OpenStreetMap contributors and Overture Maps where their records are involved.
• Imagery is not ours to relicense: third-party imagery is read in place under its own provider's terms. Nothing here grants you rights to that imagery.
• Complying with an upstream license is your responsibility. We disclose what a record is so that you can.

The Alpha Engine and any market data on the platform are informational tools:

• Not financial advice: nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
• A published track record is history, not a forecast: scored calls describe what happened, and past results do not predict future ones.
• Your decisions are yours: you are solely responsible for any trade you place. Digital assets carry substantial risk of total loss, and you should never commit more than you can afford to lose.

By using SOLYZER you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for your account.
• Not use the service for surveillance or targeting of private individuals.
• Not use it for any unlawful purpose, or to build anything whose purpose is to harm people or property.
• Not misrepresent the platform's output, in particular by stripping the confidence, caveats or provenance from a figure before presenting it to someone else as certain.
• Not attempt to manipulate, poison or reverse-engineer our analysis systems, including the ground-truth correction channel.

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it, and you agree to tell us about unauthorized access.
• An agent acting with your credentials acts as you. Its calls, and any consequences of them, are attributed to your account.
• Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. PT. Etzal Group International and SOLYZER shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from decisions made using our data or analysis, financial or otherwise.
• Data inaccuracies, incomplete coverage, or errors in upstream sources.
• Service interruptions, rate limiting, or changes to the API surface.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages.
