We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • First-time Pro subscription purchases only
  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Account must not have excessive usage (more than 100 analyses)
  • No previous refund requests on the account

Non-Refundable Items

  • Renewal payments after the initial subscription period
  • Partial month/year usage
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Subscriptions older than 7 days

How to Request a Refund

  3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  4. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
